Keith Carradine guest starred as Lamar Scott on an episode of "Arli$$," the popular cable television show created by Robert Wuhl. (The show is currently in reruns on ESPN Classic!)

In this episode, entitled "What You See Is What You Get," KC played the owner of a sports team who was a long-time friend of Arliss. His character, Lamar Scott, appeared to have a cordial relationship with his wife (played by Cynthia Sikes--remember her on "St. Elsewhere?"), but in reality was having an affair with the team choreographer (played by wonderful Susan Egan)! Arliss aided and abetted Lamar's behavior by pretending to be the "other woman's" boyfriend himself!

In the end, after the inevitable meeting and conflict between the two women in his life, Lamar decided that true love was more important than status and money. Along the way, Arliss felt himself moved in a way he didn't expect.

Good episode of a good show!
